Geneva House, providing spacious, independent living apartments for seniors since. 1972, is part of Presbyterian Homes, a non-sectarian organization. It offers seniors the opportunity to live in a secure and pleasant setting yet located in the downtown area of a small city, close to banks, physicians, mall shopping and more. It’s even on a flat ground, making walking a breeze!

Opportunity for socialization is also very much a part of life at Geneva House and activities including holiday parties, bingo, movie nights, crafts, and community activities provide the residents with a chance to build their community relationships. 

Although there is no asset or income limit related to residency in the building, Geneva House offers rental rates base on income to those who may need financial assistance. All inquires are welcome. On-site parking is available and utilities are included in the rent.
